1. To The Client

By commissioning me you are implying that you have read and agree with my TOS.
You reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. Refer to section 3.
All transactions are to be made in USD via Paypal (preferred), Zelle, Venmo, or cash app (unless otherwise agreed upon).
You must be 18 years or older to commission me for NSFW content.
You must be able to keep in contact for the duration of your commission. I will hold onto your work if you disappear during the process due to emergencies or life events, but just let me know if you can!
I take minimum 50% of cost up front before starting on your art. Payment plans cannot be refunded. Refer to section 3.
Each piece takes up to 4 weeks per person (typically ~2 weeks, unless otherwise stated). Feel free to look at my queue to predict time. I will keep my commissioners up to date.
Clients may not commercially redistribute my art.
Clients may not input my creations into AI systems.

No deadline, no rush (unless otherwise paid for). I will keep in contact, I am trying to create art to the best of my potential--not some rushed mess!
Shipping is optional for digital and printed works. Shipping varies and is given on an individual basis after checking with postal services.
All of my art is to be and stay CLEARLY watermarked.
Credit me for my work, please!
You have the right to ask for changes when provided multiple WIP (work in progress) images.
Once the final product is received, I am open to very limited changes.

2. Artist’s Rights

I cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies to art if there is an inaccurate or non-digital reference sheet!
I have the right to decline a potential client for any reason.
I have the right to cancel service due to nasty behaviors with no refund.
If I cancel the commission for any OTHER reason (poor health, emergencies, and life changing events on my end), you reserve the right to a full refund.
I have the right to display art I create promotionally.
I accept deadlines for a rush charge varying upon the date and piece complexity. Ask for an individual quote!
I will not create art of certain fetishes and/or propaganda. The extremity will be determined by myself, the artist. Here is a list of things I will not create art of:
1. Minors (or any depiction of or similar to a minor) in NSFW or suggestive situations.
2. Feral animals in NSFW or suggestive situations.
3. R*pe (CNC is a grey area but I'd rather not. It requires context that cannot otherwise be given unless in written or comic form.)
4. Hate art against any race, religion, sex, gender, orientation, etc.
5. Scat is a NO-GO! Never. Can't even be bribed, sorry.
6. Anything else you're worried about? Just ask!
I have the right to reuse any cancelled commission images how I see fit if cancelled.
I reserve the right to reference or reuse lines I create for adopts

3. Refund Policy

Full refunds requested by the customer are available if no work has been started (excluding sketch phase).
There are no refunds once the sketch step is approved.
Once the final product is received, I will not refund any amount.
If I cancel for my own reasons I will issue a full refund. Refer to section 2.
Upon refund, I can alter the work as I see fit.
There are no refunds on character purchases whether resold by me or as adopts.

4. Adoptable Terms

These do not apply to my closed species (Kenches) as they have a set of rules.
When you buy an adopt you can make as many changes as you'd like. It is yours.
Change of ownership does not need to be notified, but is definitely appreciated.
Personal use only. ASK about commercial use.
If you are doing a payment plan you MUST pay in a timely manner or communicate delays! I'm fine with delays if you communicate! Do not abuse this!
